Bee's Portrait of Queen Elizabeth II has now been accepted into the Royal Art Collection. She painted a watercolour portrait of Queen Elizabeth II to celebrate the start of the Queen's 50th Jubilee Year. It was presented to the Queen at the end of the year.

In the summer of 2007, Bee was asked for the first time to be a Judge for the Warrington Art Club Summer Exhibition at Tatton Park, Cheshire.
 
Teaching on Cruise Ships every year from 2003 through 2008 . . . Bee has been teaching on cruise ships in many exciting locations. On the Van Gogh Cruise ship from Falmouth, Cornwall, Bee has visited Madiera, the Canary Islands, and the Caribbean three times.  She has also taught on P&O Cruise ships, the Adonia, and the Oriana covering most of the world including Singapore to Southampton via Capetown; San Francisco, Acapulco, Panama, Cartegena, Aruba, Barbados and the Azores; and Sydney to Southampton via the Suez Canal.  In the early months of 2007, Bee went on a World Cruise and saw even more new places during the 3 month event. In 2008 Bee will be visiting the Caribbean in the Spring and then later again in December.

"Watercolour Challenge" Channel 4 . . .  Bee was chosen to be a contestant on "Watercolour Challenge" shown on Channel 4 in September of 2001.  She painted lavender fields first hand.  This painting was subsequently exhibited in the Mall Gallery in London in January, 2002 with all the other contestant's work from the Fourth Series. The painting below, " The Lavender Fields of Provence" was painted during the filming of "Watercolour Challenge" in France 2001.
Bee appeared on Channnel 4 and painted the lavender fields of Provence on Watercolour Challenge in 2001.

 
"Better Gardens with Carol Vorderman" Channel 3 . . .  In February, 2000 Bee appeared on Channel 3 "Better Gardens" presented by Carol Vorderman.  Bee painted three giant murals of the "French Garden" with acrylics depicting her imaginary views of the lavender fields of Provence.
